Loop the Lake

This annual Family fun cycle around Lake Macquarie with the Rotary Club of Warners Bay, the ride (with options of 85, 50 or 16km routes) offers

  • A Cloth Patch.
  • A Numbered Ride Bib.
  • A Participation Certificate.
  • Morning Tea at Morisset.
  • Fruit Stop at Belmont South.
  • Light lunch at the Finish.
  • Free entry to the Swimming Pool after the ride.
  • Rest stops for water.
  • Volunteer Route Marshals.
  • Bike mechanics on the route.

Rain or shine, we ride!

It is expected that cyclists will abide by the road rules and ride with care and consideration of others.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a registered cycling adult at all times and at Police direction can ONLY participate in the 16km ride starting at Belmont South.

The cycle path from Eleebana to Speers Point Park can be used if you wish.

Entrants with two-wheeled trailers will not be accepted due to safety concerns.
