Change of guard in Wagga Wagga

We have farewelled founding members Graeme and Jane Buchan. As they head north for their retirement and the next phase of their lives, the club wishes them well in the future.

We have been successful in gaining funding for Bike Week activities, which will involve running a cycling course for new cyclists to help them gain confidence on the bike and learn some general bike maintenance.

BWW, with other stakeholders, are currently working with Wagga Wagga City Council on The Bikeways Management Plan for Wagga Wagga City, which will be used to shape the city to a more bike-friendly city.

With the cold weather taking hold most rides we run are down on numbers, with only the diehard members showing up. Planning is under way for our annual End of Winter ride to Junee and return on the 30th August.
