Well done to Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre, which has provided well supervised secure bike parking and public showers in their new upgrade.
The shopping centre now has a locked bicycle compound for staff and customers on the B1 car parking level (entry level from Victoria Ave).
Keys to access this compound are available from Security, which is directly opposite the compound. Unsecured racks are also available in a well lit area close to Security and adjacent to the shopping centre escalator entry from B1.
Public showers with lockers are also located in that entry area.
This is an excellent outcome achieved through the development control process as the Chase and Willoughby Council worked together to make the centre as bike-friendly as possible.
