CONCORD TO MACQUARIE UNI; BayBUG; 33 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Contact: Jason; Ph 0422 432 660 Through Concord West and the John Whitton Bridge Macquarie we follow the railway line to Eastwood before heading north east to the Uni. On the return we take the scenic and nicely built Shrimpton Creek cycleway for about half the trip back to the river, before hitting the steeper on road descents that will take us back to Concord. Some hills.

MEADOWBANK AND SILVERWATER BIKE PATHS; BayBUG; 22 km ; Slow pace Easy / Child Friendly / Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Contact: Jason Boland; Ph 0422 432 660 Call to Confirm A short, slow paced ride mainly on bike paths around the Parramatta River. The route takes us from Concord to Meadowbank over the Ryde Bridge, then follows the bike path to Silverwater Bridge along the north side of the river. Over the bridge we follow the bike path back to Concord West for a coffee stop via the Bennelong Bridge. Back to Concord after the coffee stop. Easy grade ride at a gentle pace (estimated average speed 16 km/h). Suitable for older children accompanied by an adult - new riders please call to confirm.

CONCORD TO MAROUBRA; BayBUG; 53 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Contact: John-Paul Bossi; Ph 0414 884 885 We depart from Concord and make our way along the Cooks River Cycleway. From there we pass the airport, and explore Mascot and Botany to get a taste of the Rabbitoh’s natural habitat, before “hanging ten” with the locals at the Northend Cafe near Maroubra beach. Return by a similar route. Medium grade with some hills.

SEVEN BRIDGES; BayBUG; 31 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Contact: Mike Botton; Ph 0418 275 707 From Five Dock we head East around Henley Marine to Iron Cove BR, then through Rozelle to ANZAC Br, Pyrmont Br, Sydney Harbour Bridge and through North Sydney to Artarmon. After coffee at Lane Cove we descend BurnsBay Rd to Figtree Br, Tarban Creek Br and finally number 7, Gladesville Br. Medium grade ride with some hills.

CONCORD TO REDLEAF (WOOLLAHRA) AND CENTENNIAL PARK; BayBUG; 35 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Significant Hills / Contact: David Martin; Ph 0478 222 243 From Five Dock we head East through the City to Woollahra for coffee at Redleaf Cafe and a dip in the Murray Rose Pool. Return via Centennial Park.

CONCORD TO BALMORAL; BayBUG; 45 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Contact: Rolf Muller; Ph 0403 754 026 From Concord we ride over the Anzac and Sydney Harbour Bridges to North Sydney, then follow a bike-friendly route through Cammeray, Neutral Bay and Cremorne to Balmoral for a swim and coffee. Return trip will be on a back route to the south of Military Rd, over the Harbour Bridge and through the inner west. Medium/hard grade with some hills.

CONCORD TO REVESBY; BayBUG; 54 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Contact: David Martin; Ph 0478 222 243 Ride via Rookwood to Bass Hill (passing the Dunc Grey Velodrome) and on to the Georges River. Follow the route around Milperra to Panania for coffee/brunch at Revesby. We continue through Bankstown, Yagoona, Regents Park and Lidcombe on the return to Concord.
