Mostly flat terrain, with a gentle uphill on the return. BayBUG grading: Medium

CONCORD TO BELMORE AND LAKEMBA; BayBUG; 28 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses Off-road Cyclepaths / Contact: Jason Boland; Ph 0422 432 660 Call to Confirm From Concord the group heads south, picking up the Cooks River Cycleway and then on mainly quiet streets through Belmore and Lakemeba, where we stop for a brunch with a Middle Eastern flavour. We return through Croydon Park and Croydon.Grade Easy-Medium

BOBBIN HEAD AND BACK; BayBUG; 60 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / For experienced riders only / Significant Hills / Contact: Neil McFadden; Ph 0427 604 276 Call to Confirm A more challenging ride with significant hills sets out through Concord West to the John Whitton Bridge, on to Eastwood, Marsfield and the climb through South Turramurra to the Pacific Hwy. We descend into Bobbin Head for coffee and refreshments before the climb up the hill and return to Concord retracing the route.

Starting at Five Dock Park, Henley Marine, St Georges Crescent, Five Dock Bay, Abbotsford Point, Canada Bay, Breakfast Point, Mortlake, Concord, and back to Five Dock. Mostly on shared paths so relatively slow and graded easy.

Return by a similar route including the Pyrmont waterfront.

We'll have coffee overlooking Lake Parramatta. The Lake is now swimmable so there is the option for a brief swim. Return through Sydney Olympic Park. BayBUG grading: Medium

CONCORD TO CLOVELLY RETURN; BayBUG; 47 km ; Moderate pace Some Traffic / Uses On-road Cycleways / For experienced riders only / Significant Hills / Contact: John-Paul Bossi; Ph 0414 884 885 Call to Confirm To Clovelly via the Inner West, Sydney Uni campus and Centennial Park. This is a Medium grade ride with some hills including a fairly long climb out of Clovelly back up to Centennial Park. This ride requires experience with gears, competence with riding with a group and confidence in riding on public roads while adhering to road rules. Ride time including short breaks and a longer stop at Clovelly for coffee and food (and a swim if you like) should be 3 ˝ to 4 hours.
